Here at Luminous Breathwork, we are certified by the NeuroDynamic Breathwork™ Institute, which means we've each received 300+ hours of training, plus months of hands-on practicum. This is the most rigorous program in the industry.
In addition, we've woven together Eastern wisdom traditions into our work, specifically Mahāyāna (Zen/Chan) Buddhism, Some of our facilitators are Zen practitioners who bring Eastern wisdom into our foundational protocol. Others are psychotherapists with training in Internal Family Systems, allowing them to incorporate parts work into the breathwork experience with care.
