Every session is guided live by a certified facilitator and designed to meet the needs of your team. Whether delivered virtually or in person, each experience includes:

We keep things simple. For in-person sessions, we will need the following. If the space you're using do not already provide these, we can arrange to bring them:

  • A quiet room large enough for participants to sit up during short demos or lie down for longer sessions

  • Yoga mats and blankets (we can provide them)

  • Eye masks are recommended but optional

  • A quality speaker or sound system

For virtual sessions, we provide everything your team needs to participate from home or the office.
