
What Luminous Breathwork Sessions Look Like
We offer both online and in-person breathwork experiences.
Our sessions follow a similar format: an introductory talk, a breathwork journey with evocative music, an expressive art integration activity, and a closing sharing circle.

Our live, virtual breathwork sessions are held on Zoom and last between 1–2 hours. Shorter sessions focus on relaxation and nervous system reset, while longer sessions invite you to deepen your practice and journey into expanded states of awareness for profound release and insight.
No matter the length, the structure is the same:
Check-In & Orientation
We begin with an introductory talk, where you’ll learn the breathing technique, what kinds of experiences may arise, and how to get the most out of the session.Breathwork Session
The session starts with a guided meditation, followed by evocative music designed to carry you into a powerful inner journey. You’ll practice a circular, connected breathing technique that research shows calms the thinking mind and opens access to deeper consciousness and inner wisdom.Integration
Afterward, we pause to integrate. Through expressive art exercises and reflection prompts, you’ll anchor the insights and shifts that emerged.Sharing Circle
Finally, you’ll be invited into a compassionate space to share your experience—or simply listen. Both sharing and listening are healing practices that deepen connection with yourself and others.
Is Online Breathwork Really Effective?
One of the most common questions we hear is: “Does online breathwork really work?” The answer is yes—and for many, it’s even more powerful.
Here’s why:
You’re already in your own safe, familiar environment, which makes it easier to relax and let go.
You can rest and integrate as long as you need afterward—no driving, no rushing.
There are no outside distractions: it’s just you, your breath, and your inner world.
You’re guided step-by-step through your headphones or speakers, supported the entire way.
Online Breathwork Session Flow
Our in-person sessions are held as mini-retreats in Austin, Texas, typically lasting about three hours. Each one offers a spacious container for deep practice and connection. Here’s what to expect:
Checkin, Orientation, and Setup
After a brief check-in, we offer an orientation where we introduce the breathing technique, discuss the types of experiences that may arise, and offer guidance for effective ways of working with them. Then, we get situated and set up your spot for a comfortable and supported journey.Breathwork Session
Next comes a 60-minute breathwork practice. We start with a guided meditation, followed by evocative music designed to carry you inward. You’ll use a circular, connected breathing technique that has been shown to quiet the thinking mind and open the door to deeper awareness, insight, and release.Integration
Afterward, we move into integration. Through expressive art exercises and reflection prompts, you’ll have time to anchor the wisdom and shifts that surfaced during your journey.Sharing Circle
We close with a sharing circle. You’re welcome to share your experience and be compassionately witnessed, or simply listen and hold space for others.
